        15 people on the queue! 1 employee working in travel money counter. Both counters in post office closed. Employee from travel money has to leave her counter to help people on self check in!!! How is this possible!!!!???? Is anyone managing this post office?

        Terrible post office! Staff are painfully slow chatting away, despite long queues. The self service tills would probably take a lot of pressure off, but no one wants to use them as there is no one to help and take packages, and it sort of feels like queue jumping then. Ive seen people getting quite cross with other people in this post office! Just generally poor.

        I regularly have to use this post office and although the staff are calm the way they manage the queue is appalling. People getting travel money walk straight to the front despite being served by the same staff. This also happens for self service, so people queuing patiently are treated as second class customers. Please sort this out
