        Very poor customer service and incompetent/unwilling to help with basic postal requirements. Avoid.

        Very bad service when sending parcels. Not helpful, lady barely speaks any English and is far from welcoming. Too bad there's no alternative in relative proximity. My advice would be to use another post office if at all possible

        The elder man was not at all customer oriented and rude. Really surprised about the service. Shame that such people serve us in Caversham. If I could I wouldnt give any stars.

        I use this post office often and usually for complicated things. The staff are always friendly and helpful and I recommend them wholeheartedly

        This post office is closed 1pm - 1.30pm for lunch. I'm not sure if it's the same lunch time each day. I'd either ring ahead or try elsewhere if you are making a special trip over your lunchtime.
