        They say they are open at 9am, I arrived at 9.15am and still locked up, shutters down. Just needed to drop off a parcel. Phoned both numbers ( one is a mobile ) no reply.

        Since the problems with the Post Office at ASDA, the Maiden Place Post Office is now the place to visit. More so that its open to 7pm most nights and also on a Saturday and a Sunday. The store sells all sorts of useful things like sellotape and wrapping paper for those last minute emergencies. The chap behind the counter was very helpful too.

        New owners are far better than the old ones. Friendly, helpful and personal service. Try them again if you were put off before at this store. Drink fridges could be a bit colder though (think last owner left them off so going the right way in any case!).
