Came here to check opening times, and read some ridiculous reviews. Was served by Michelle, lovely lady. The gent at the mccolls counter very helpful. Just harassing workers with reviews using the staff names says something about the reviewer. Get a life

I have had to use this branch on a few occasions and whilst the shop fittings could do with a refresh. Jessie who works there is an utter gem. As helpful as possible, always willing to go the extra mile and completely polite and engaged. A major win for customer service. Thank you

Not very helpful, employ there she was very rude to me ,when someone new and could not understand English i think you should help them ,next time I m not coming back,staff should be more helpful

I thought I'd try the post office because it is conveniently located, but won't go back. They refused to send my parcel containing two bottles of beer because it was not packaged in bubble wrap. They said it had to be wrapped in bubble wrap. Checking on the post office website, that is not true. If your jobs is to enforce the rules, at least learn them forst please.
