We had are bathroom done with pro plum and was happy at the start, after the bathroom was finished we were not happy with the attention to detail. There was grouting all over tiles which will never come off, he came back to sort and had very bad attitude but tried to fix. The shower head has a part which is supposed to be attached to the wall and pops out of the wall all the time. After close inspection it would appear that it should of been screwed into the wall which it wasn't, not only are we not able to fix it because we can't take the part of the wall to screw in. To makes things worse just called his wife as the whole thing is off the wall to be abused by her and shouted at because iTs a Saturday, we paid 4500 for awful work and very unprofessional company. The lady was very abbusive and could not care less. She said her husband is 68 I am sorry if that's the case don't have a company. I can explain how rude she was. Totally unprofessional and poor workmanship, we were very understanding about the original problem even thought our bathroom is not finished 100% but to be abused like that on the phone is disgusting

After e-mail correspondence with Phil, he agreed to liaise directly with my tenants to arrange a suitable time to fix their problem. However, he never bothered to get in touch and unfortunately time was wasted and I had to look elsewhere. Mistakenly I attempted to contact this company almost two years later when frantically searching for a plumber. No response at all.
