Julius gas heating

I booked Julius on the 4th October via text for the 23rd November for a Boiler service which he confirmed. At the time I confirmed that there was plenty of parking options available. After contacting him today 14th November to check that he was still coming, he cancelled the job as parking is difficult. He didn't have the decency to let me know and my boiler warranty is now at risk as it needs a service.

We had no hot water for 4 days British Gas (Home service contract) gave us 10 days before a engineer could come to repair system. Julius within hours of contact called in to see the problem, said he would return the next morning as he had a job that afternoon, as promised he arrived early within an hour had our system up and running. He could have extended the job but was honest, professional and so pleasant I would recommend him to Family and Friends without hesitation. I am having new taps in my bathroom and will use Julius for the work. I think British Gas Home Service contract will be cancelled.
