Tom turned up on time and at all times was polite, tidy and courteous. He installed a new outside tap, a new pressurised hot water cilinder and serviced my oil boiler. The oil boiler service was far more comprehensive than previous services have been. The quality of his job shows he is very perfectionist and works neatly. Heatmate Heating & Plumbing carried out several plumbing tasks to help rejuvenate the ageing central heating system in our house in Caversham, Reading. Tom removed the sludge from our central heating using a power flush machine. He fitted thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs) and installed a new central heating pump. Being Gas Safe, Tom was able to service the boiler and service the gas fire. With a properly functioning heating system, our house heats quicker and more efficiently. We were very impressed by Toms professionalism. He responded quickly, turned up on time and did a very thorough job at a competitive price.

Tom installed a new completely new water system for me in an old house with an antiquated system - it was a complex job. He is by far the best plumber I have ever had. He is extremely competent, trustworthy professional always on time - he is a delight to have around the house. The results are fantastic and I have a water system that really works well.
