came on a friday. problem leaking tap, pipework behind Belfast sink. sink still useable. smashed unit sink rested on and dragged sink out. then told us couldn't come back till thursday to sort problem out. charged for 1 hours work and took a deposit for a new unit for sink to rest on--as it turned out about twice what a unit would have cost me. on thursday having heard nothing my wife rang . he initially denied having been here then couldn't say when or who he had ordered the unit from and could give no date for returning. has ignored request to return deposit

I was really impressed with the quality and attention to detail by this company and would definitely recommend Caversham Plumbing Company to others. They were quick and responsive, did a great job and removed all the rubbish afterwards.

Within minutes of reaching out on Checkatrade for help in replacing our broken kitchen taps, Steve from Small Job Plumbing Co got back to me. Even though I am sure he was very busy, Steve responded quickly and comprehensively in gathering the necessary info. Although he couldn't make it the next day due to more pressing plumbing emergencies, he was here nice and early this morning to help out. Access to the existing tap set was tight, as it was behind a Belfast sink unit - but he assured me he had done many of these before. In under an hour the new tap was fitted, but Steve still had time for some banter while he worked. A very friendly and approachable guy who got the job done and tidied up after himself. I will be happy to use Steve again - and to recommend his services to any of my friends and family for their plumbing needs! Service: Faucet repair
