Slowest Pizza delivery in Reading and cold... what a joke

Ive waited for 1 hour from the order and gave them a call. It seems that pizza as in its way. 40mins after cold pizza was delivered to my door after a total of 1hr and 40mins. Second, third, forth and fifth call asking for a refund was not answered and so that how they stolen my money from me. Cold pizza was not eatable Please just refund my money
