I have been going to Bab's Refresh Health Club for near 3 months. The club offers a great variety of classes, and also private sessions, which means you can regularly attend throughout the week and each session feels new and refreshing. Each trainer offers something different; the weights session with Esther is fun and challenging but suitably sized so that your personal needs/any adjustments for injuries can be taken into account. Gabby, Babs and Canan are all extremely knowledgable on form and teach pilates to varying intensities. The memberships are really amazing value for money and i've found it has been a great way to tick off all my fitness needs :)

Best fitness gym in Reading. I initially started here for reformer pilates to combat the lack of mobility from 2 years of constant work from home. However Babs gently introduced me to some of the other fitness classes they have and it has been life changing. They're unlike any other gym class you will find. The classes are always small groups so it's quite focused on you. Because it's a small community of people who come, the instructors tend to know everyone and their injuries. It's also very female focused which actually makes a real difference in your experience. If you want to leave the house to exercise but find gyms boring, I'd highly recommend this

Went with friends this week for a reformer Pilates taster session with Babs and we all absolutely loved it! Babs is an amazing instructor, clear, patient and always watching to ensure correct form we are all now aware of muscles we never knew existed!! Definitely going to be booking a block in the New Year cant wait, thank you!!

Babs runs the best health and fitness club I have ever used. A truly welcoming and friendly atmosphere allowing all levels of competency to feel at ease and give it their all. Keep up the routine of at least two sessions a week and you will be transformed body, mind and soul. They also do a mean cup of coffee and smoothie!
