Eye Imagine

I found Eye Imagine at a wedding fair in London when I was newly engaged. Neil was extremely helpful and showed us an amazing portfolio of shots that we felt suited our style as a couple. As well as his professional approach and friendly manner Neil managed to provide us with some shots of our wedding almost immediately! I am very happy that I chose Neil to capture our big day as some of the pictures we have of the day are simply stunning, and go miles beyond what I could have imagined! Thanks to Neil and his hard work we even had our wedding showcased in a Top Bridal Magazine!

Neil was the photographer of our wedding last year. The reason we went with him was because he was very enthusiastic and quick to get back to us intially. While we cant complain about his service on the day (he stayed over the hours agreed) we were incredibly disappointed by his service after the wedding. Additionally, we were slightly perplexed as the the lack of images taken of our immediate family during the day (a handful, compared to say a large number of pictures of one of the Ushers children, which we had not asked for). We had paid up front for a wedding album and it took almost a year to actually get the album, and this was only with constant chasing from our side. I understand that delays can happen and we never agreed specific timelines, however what I had a problem with was the complete lack of contact from Neil if he had kept in touch with us and managed our expectations of how long it would take, that would be fine, but it took us months to get replies from him at every stage post wedding. In fact, he changed his email address without updating us, so it wasnt until I posted on his public instagram that I got a response from him. It got to the extent where my husband had to pretend to be a new client to get him to return our call. I would definitely not recommend him as a result of this, he was the only regret i had on what was an amazing wedding day, and the whole experience was so frustrating we cant help but feel slightly negative vibes about our wedding album, which we paid a lot of money for. We have since asked the venue to remove his website from their recommended suppliers list as this is how we found him, and we wouldnt want other couples to have the same kind of negative experience.
