Its bad experience today when I went to this pharmacy for my wifes prescription one of the staff of this pharmacy she was asian lady was speaking so loudly in pharmacy and so rude and she dont know how to speak with patient and customer a I have never seen such a rude person ever and she was answering to patient like,I have literally seen a aged person depressed by her answer about his order or medicine this type of person shouldnt be there specially in healthcare profession

Even though they were closed today for vaccines. I had a COPD attack and I couldn't fault the 2 ladies for helping me so much. God bless you both. I cannot think higher of you for the care you gave me

Polite and efficient service - I never have to wait too long to collect prescriptions and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

So many bad reviews of this pharmacy which is such a shame. Ive always had great service and this pharmacy is always the one that has stock when others dont, which to me is vital.

Recently, I had the pleasure of speaking with the new manager with curly hair from my neighbourhood pharmacy and I have to say that I was quite pleased with his level of customer service. Our initial interaction made it evident that the new manager was dedicated to giving his customers outstanding service. He took the time to hear my complaints about the pharmacy's previous poor customer service and gave me his assurance that things will improve. The fact that he provided precise information about the improvements he intended to undertake and how they would enhance the general customer experience impressed me the most. He didn't just make vague promises. He is clearly committed to turning the pharmacy into a success and has a strong vision for it. The level of service at the pharmacy has significantly increased after I spoke with the new manager, as I have noted. Compared to earlier, the staff is friendlier, more attentive, and more productive. It's evident that the entire team has benefited from the new manager's enthusiasm and ambition. Overall, I believe that the new manager with curly hair is a real turning point for the pharmacy. His dedication to providing exceptional service and desire to hear what customers have to say is a breath of fresh air, and I have no doubt that he will keep making progress in the months and years to come.
