Boots Pharmacy

I visited this store today to buy 2 items from the shop. I had to wait in the pharmacy queue, which is absolutely ridiculous considering there is a separate paying point in the shop. I joined the queue with 3 people ahead of me, and was still in the same position 10 minutes later. People were getting understandably frustrated. There is a notice in the store, stating that verbal abuse will not be tolerated but it really doesnt help when this store is giving such abysmal service. I gave up after 10 minutes and when I left the store there were another 5 people behind me. Absolute joke!!!!!!!!

Every now and then I forget how poor the service is in this store and wander back in again. Fortunately the staff quickly remind me by ignoring me standing at the till whilst chatting at the back of the store. Once again abandoned waiting and went to Asda pharmacy instead.

Worst boots Ive ever been to. Shelves are always empty. Always looks a mess and long wait for anything at the pharmacy.

Would not recommend. They don't pick phone calls. We arranged an appointment for flu jab which they cancelled on the day . We have also not received another appointment or a refund. Bad service.
