Everytime I use this pharmacy for a prescription, for myself or family members, they never have it there and offer no help as to what to do next. Really unimpressed.

I did not wish to give any stars. Lloyds Pharmacy are a disgrace to the name of Sainsburys!!! Terrible experience yesterday. My advice to Sainsburys is to rid yourselves of Lloyds pharmacy within your store and replace it a pharmacy employing well trained, experienced staff. Im a 66 year old lady and I was left in tears in front of the counter. I just wanted to pick up a prescription which had been confirmed on my phone which I had with me and showed the staff. To say they were useless is an overstatement. They clearly are unable to cope and should be replaced ASAP!! Either this option or choose a different pharmacy to represent the excellent store which Sainsburys is!! They are making a mockery of your the Sainsburys name. I walked away in tears, after 1 and a half hours and will never return to a Lloyds Pharmacy or Sainsburys until this sham of a pharmacy is replaced by a state of the art operation with efficient staff!!! Useless staff. Poor attitude. Totally disinterested in customer. Need retraining. Will not use again.

Sadly, Lloyds Chemist is understaffed. Anyone they employ does not stay long as they are so pressurised. There is always a queue waiting to be served. After many years we have found it necessary to get into our car and drive to another chemist to collect our regular prescriptions as they simply cannot cope.
