Not very impressed with service at this pharmacy. Use regularly, and each time I visit there is always a big queue and long delays. Staff dont really seem to know what theyre doing and it always looks a very disorganised way of working. I noticed when I visited today, that a very badly written sign has been put up by the tills. It is asking customers to be patient and not yell at staff but whilst I dont condone aggressive behaviour, I can understand why customers get impatient. I have been told on multiple occasions that my prescription would take 10-15 minutes but the waiting time can be up to 50 mins. This is very frustrating when you are under time pressure and need to get to work. The staff just need to be honest with customers so at least you can choose to stay or return at a later time.
