        i called them to ask where my prescription was as it hadnt been delivered and it was coming towards two weeks without it. the lady told me i dont get delivery because im not housebound or disabled i explained i was a carer and my shifts dont allow me to get off work to go pick up a prescription, she said she would be breaking the rules if she gave me delivery. never once did it say i wasnt allowed delivery as it let me through effortlessly. the app said they were waiting for it to be send off for delivery. she said my prescription had been waiting for me, for two weeks, no phone call or email saying so. extremely disappointed, and extremely unprofessional.
