Day Lewis Pharmacy

My mother went to this pharmacy today to pick up a prescription for me and was served by man and then left standing for 30 minutes only to be told, once she approached the pharmacist, that the item wasnt available. He served 4 people ahead of her and saw my mother waiting yet did not inform her, she had to prompt him. Not the first time we have had a negative experience here.

Absolutely wonderful service and always a polite, positive , interested attitude from all the staff. I feel like a real person when I get to the top of the queue. The power of human recognition is understood at this branch and is part of how professionally the team works.

Medicine took days to be ready. Medicine was consistently not delivered. When complaining about this service, the pharmacist went on an extended tirade about being unable to recruit staff. This interaction felt very unprofessional. Although, to their credit they did freely agree their service was sub-standard. I might be a good idea to steer clear!

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable- unfortunately they seem to be suffering a staff shortage so wait times are long ( 20 mins to even get to the counter) - definitely recommend, but expect to stand in line for a while.
