Second month in a row that they have failed to reorder my medication! Had to get my GP to sort it out, BP was 174/103 last night due to no medication! Called again today to be told I will be called back as whoever done my meds is now on lunch! It's gone downhill since boots left and it's been taken over!

Poor stock levels. Miss-labelled shelves. It looks like it needs some TLC. Staff helpful but local and central prescription systems seem to be out of sync. Update: Getting worse. Ordering system claims prescription ready some four days ago but no alert from branch. Phone rings but is never answered. I think I must change my arrangements.
