The waiting time isnt great, even that I have called at pharmacy one week on advance to order prescriptions for our Clients as I do work at Care Home and we do order and collect our clients prescription and the waiting time is always to long and they question you if I have called, or ordered the prescription in advance which I always do. I do understand they are busy but look like they are very unorganised and everything is all over the place Not pleasant experience and I have to deal with it very often because of my job

Love. This. Pharmacy. So so much. Very friendly and efficient. Even if busy still perfectly polite.

I visited Southcote Pharmacy on the recommendation of the pharmacist to take advantage of the new Otoscopy service they're doing. They were caring and friendly, and provided an excellent service, really glad I did it!

Lovely pharmacy. Both the weekday and weekend pharmacist go out of their way, along with all the staff there. Friendly, professional and a pleasure to use.. Especially as I'm not ways the easiest patient. Big thanks to the team.

My wife was seriously impressed with the service here, above and beyond. The pharmacy had the last of a prescription she needed in the local area and she went down and got the script. However they were just short of a few pills for the full months requirement. Today we had a call saying they had a delivery and that she could pop down and pick them up, but also perhaps call the doctors and get a script for next month whilst they had stock
