I used Roz a few times and I discovered that aside from a flying visit to fill a bowl, she did not spend any time with my pet. Furthermore, I had left wifi cameras on inside the property to monitor my cat, since he had been vomiting, and I watched in horror when she walked in and switched them off...Even that I did not raise a major issue about as I respect that she might not want to be on there. However, recently when I tried to contact her, I found that she has blocked my number because pre-pandemic I had asked for my keys back. this to me is so unprofessional, childish and immature. Also, the photos you see are all stock photos, theyre nothing like the person that turns up...I would avoid with a yard stick

Paw Pals Reading East took care of our cats for two weeks when we were on holiday. They did the most amazing job, we have one older (10yrs) outgoing cat and one younger (3yrs) timid cat that like a lot of attention in very different ways. Ros came to visit before the trip to meet the cats, it was clear that the cats were relaxed and at ease around Ros which was a key part for us. Ros was great at noting our requirements and from pictures we received when we were away, and the way the cats were when we returned, it was easy to see that both cats had been given the attention they needed. When we need our kitties taking care of again, there is no doubt in my mind we want Paw Pals Reading East to come take care of them. Thank you!
