The Groom Room Winnersh

I would not recommend going here at all, we've been here before and the groomer was amazing, however they sacked her and the rude manager they have doesn't even know how to groom. I would not go there as they DON'T know how to scissor cut and will only use clipper's

I took my poochon for a groom to Winnersh last evening. It was one of the worst experiences. I will definitely not go there again. This is not the first time this groomer has behaved in this manner. The groomer was rude, accused him of biting her and said shes not going to be grooming him. When i asked if he really bit her, considering the fact that he is a therapy dog, she said no! So what was the fuss about? Then when he was picked up, he had literally no fur on his tail and his coat was right down to the skin! He seriously wasnt that matted!

Awful place , rude groomers , who arent trained professionals and no customer service skills , not even a hello when we went in and they didnt speak to the dog , who was anxious ,either . Please dont take your dog here
