I cannot recommend Hartleys Groom Room enough. We have a very anxious pup and Alison was so reasuring from the start. Alison has been so patient with our coco and she is now a completely different dog when she comes to the groomer and that's all down to Alison.

I cannot recommend Hartley's Groom room enough. I have a very worried little dog and Alison made her (and me) feel at total ease. Alison is kind and caring and will take so much time with your dog to get them used to being groomed. Ruby now loves being pampered and the drying is her Favorite. Alison will also let you stay with your dog and not many groomers do this Thank you Alison for taking the time with Ruby and getting her used to you.

Ive been taking my little Bichon Frise to Alison since she was a puppy shes a very nervous little dog especially with things like driers Alison spends time with her and makes her at ease every time she goes for a pamper she always looks and smells gorgeous whenever I get her home. I cannot recommend Alison enough she is very professional and always makes sure my little Lulu looks her best. Alison has also given me some good advice on how to keep Lulu looking tidy in between grooms. Thank you Alison.
