    I trained with Lauren as my PT for 3 months, not only were my sessions really informative but they were so enjoyable and fun. I loved training with Lauren every week and she provided me with so much information that has transformed the way I work out alone, Im now confident and comfortable at the gym!

    Trained with Jan for 12 weeks, and am absolutely on the right path with goals. He listened to what I wanted to achieve, and has built a plan to support. The sessions are tough but fun with it, and Jan is excellent at motivating me to push myself without it feeling like a regime. Jan knows what he is doing and is friendly and positive. 100% recommend Performance Culture. It's the first time I've felt confident and committed to my fitness goals, it's been a game changer for me, and I am feeling the benefit both physically and mentally, thank you Jan!

    I have not attended a personal training session with Jan and Lauren but I must say they are absolutely amazing at their job and fantastic coach/personal trainers Always smiley and always ready for anything, clients walking away happy is always a great sign in my eyes and the passion these two have for their job is impeccable Both are amazing in their own ways and the passion they have is second to none they love and time and effort they have for helping people achieve their goals is great Absolutely love the both of them such fantastic humans

    Having been unhealthy and unfit for years I then received a cancer diagnosis. I went through a year of operations and chemotherapy which, thankfully, has been successful. I lost a lot of weight during the treatment which included a significant amount of muscle mass so I was keen to build to do something to improve my strength and conditioning so I contacted Performance Culture. I was concerned that if I tried to do it on my own I could well do more harm than good by trying the wrong exercises or doing too much too soon. I have now worked with Lauren for 4 months and I can quite honestly say that I could not be more impressed. She designed a program that started off slowly, to assess my level of fitness, and built up to push me as my fitness improved. Every session is different, which keeps it interesting, and is designed to work on different muscle groups using various techniques. Lauren is a great motivator and offers huge encouragement throughout the sessions to ensure that I get everything out of it that I physically can.
