Sean Bowers Personal Training and Online Coaching supposedly puts together a personal plan for you. I paid 600 up front for 3 months of coaching and after five days, I wasnt satisfied with how the coaching was going. It certainly didnt seem worth the money to me! 600 is an extortionate fee for what I was receiving! I told Sean that I wasnt happy with the service and that online coaching wasnt for me (what I had already suggested in the initial phone call) and he refused to give me a refund. After trying and trying, he finally agreed to give me some money back but 200 for what I got in five days is a rip off! 50 I would have understood. Not only this, but Sean practically bullied me into paying him upfront in the first place and then refused to give me most of my money back. I told him on the initial phone call that I wasnt sure and I wanted to go away and think about it as 600 is a lot of money to me. His response was basically I need a decision now. In hindsight, I should have said no there and then to someone who wont even let you think about spending 600 with them and pressures you into a decision. Dont make the same mistake and choose the wrong guy like I did! He isnt worth the money that he is charging AT ALL!!!
