Id recommend Graham 100% His knowledge base is second to none. I like to understand the minutia, the why, and I always feel I pick up something new each session. Working out is fun and fulfilling. Changes are physiological and psychologically. My posterior chain feels solid and strong, particularly after my horrific accident 2 years ago. He works tirelessly behind the scenes for his clients, there have been times when workouts have needed to chopped and changed due to lockdown restrictions and Graham will put himself out there to resolve this with immediate effect. I dont see GG as a PT, he is a BodyCoach who I know will give me honest and fulfilling advice when I need it. Love it.

Before working with Graham I used to struggle ALOT with food, I was eating what I perceived to be healthy food and couldn't understand why I wasn't loosing weight. I have a an office job so mainly sat down so really didn't need as many calories as I was unknowingly eating. When I started working with Graham he taught me so much about food and lifestyle and how you can live a normal life and be fit and healthy you don't need to crash diet or eat salads. Graham has taught me the most import life skills and you wouldn't find many coaches out there like that. I recommend working with Graham it will be the best decision you ever made. He is super knowledgeable and will work with you based on your lifestyle and ability.

Graham has definitely help improve my level of fitness and this has led to performance improvements in my sport. Core strength has particularly improved along with increased mobility and he is complimentary to an investment in your own personal fitness

The challenge helped me to be more confident and to keep the result as much as i can 3) How much weight did you lose? I lost 5.9 kg 4) How much did you lose of your waist? I lost 5.5 cm of my waist 5) What did you learn? I learned mant things about the diet and how to manage my food 6) Did you find the facebook group useful?
