I joined an online coaching session that Ushi was offering and it's been the most eye-opening and easy to follow plan I've ever been on. Ushi herself is friendly and informative and most importantly she listens. Unlike other PTs she doesn't force you to do anything you're not comfortable with and understands life is a big player in most people's lives and she allows for this without making you feel bad or guilty. The knowledge she has shared will enable to carry on with my firness plans long after our sessions finish. I would highly recommend Ushi and the services she offers.

Absolutely love Ushi and her programme. Its realistic and flexible so for working mums with busy lives its tailored to be achievable and if you dont have a good week you dont feel ashamed of telling her. Ushi is so approachable and so real. Shes been through the struggle of weight loss herself which really helped me to relate to her. The programme is simple and makes sense. I have done the 8 week shred with Ushi twice and one thing Ushi has taught me is to never give up. I still have a long way to go and feel what I have learned from Ushi I can take with me when the programme is finished. If you're looking for a flexible, realistic programme then Ushi is the woman for you.

I worked with Ush using her online coaching programme for just over 3 months. She offers a flexible, supportive and motivational service. Weekly phone calls kept me on track and enabled her to personalise my workouts. She listened to what I needed and wanted and helped me to fit it into my life as a mother of 2 working full time. I especially liked her non judgemental questioning and the fact she challenged me to up my game! It has given me the tools to continue my own workouts but I'm sure I'll make use of her varied online programmes again in the future. I would definitely recommend her to kick-start your fitness regime or to motivate along the way.
