Chris is an excellent wellness and life coach. He has supported imployable on various large DWP contracts throughout the UK over the last couple of years, supporting all groups of individuals such as ex offenders, long term unemployed and those with mental health and health conditions. He has delivered sessions to hundreds of clients, helping them overcome their barriers and challenges they have faced and getting a majority of them into meaningful employment opportunities or work readiness. He has also helped those with various health conditions manage with coping strategies and their plans to live a better life. Chris is a very inspirational, empathetic and professional coach, he really gets to know the needs of his clients and goes above and beyond, this has shown through his delivery and immaculate feedback from clients he has helped. Chris is definitely one of a kind, hes always positive and a happy chappy, very knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful, patient, goal orientated and supportive to all. He loves his profession and gives his all to helping people and this is why we love him being apart of our team and our projects.

Chris has been fantastic working with the coaches and mostly the players at our Wheelchair Basketball club. He has given them lots of excellent advice, tips, and techniques to help them on the phycology of sport along with helping them with advice on fitness and diet.
