Ayla is a very competent and knowledgeable personal trainer. My sessions with her are never boring, the time goes very quickly. Nothing phases Ayla and she is extremely good at thinking outside the box when needed. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions- they are worth every penny!

Ayla was my PT for over a year although for me its like ive never left her! She has an incredible knowledge and passion for what she does and she inspires you and pushes you not only to get results but to maintain the mindset to keep them in the long term. Another thing I used to love about her is that shes very realistic and adapts towards your goals. Unfortunately Im moving out to another town and cant carry on learning with her. But she deserves my highest recommendation.

Ayla is focused, energetic, driven and will work around your weaknesses and your schedule so you don't have a single excuse to be lazy. Being over 30 years old and never counting with the help of a personal trainer, I was skeptical at first... boy I was wrong! When you're in a 1 on 1 session, Ayla's focus is entirely on you. No distractions. She will make sure you do everything right from the first moment, and encourage you to find your limits. If you're hesitant, just give it a try. Invest in your wellbeing!

I started working with Ayla as a CrossFit newbie. Gymnastics were my weakness as I had never done anything like that before. Ive been working 1-on-1 with Ayla for a good few months now and my gymnastics has improved so much! Her level of knowledge is incredible, each session is perfect balance between a challenging workout and learning gymnastics/weightlifting movements. No matter how difficult I find something she knows a scaled option or a progression that I can keep working on. Each session is great, very laid back and friendly. Perfect for someone new to CrossFit or Gymnastics. You will feel very comfortable in Ayla's hands! I now have set progressions plans made by Ayla to help me ace my worst areas. Ill continue to come back, as there is always something to improve and get better at!
