The Fragrance Shop

I regularly shop in the store and finally I can say there is someone in the store who cares about the customers. Never ever the staff cared before but he was polite and sweet. Helped me decide the best fragrance for my partner. I would definitely recommend this store if you looking to gift a fragrance.

They are liars with luring you in for membership and offering 20% discount but charging full price. To cancel is a minimum of 7 days to get refunded. Shocking

Went in to store, one staff member on mobile other sat on kick stool drinking a smoothie. No acknowledgement. I had to ask how much a perfume was, the response was '30 or 50ml?'. No greeting, rapport building, trying to understand the customers needs. Literally just told the price and that was it. No engagement, no interest there may have been a potential sale. As I said thank you, the staff member muttered something to the other and giggled. Clearly weren't bothered nor do they represent the brand in a positive light. I'm afraid to say I won't shop here now.
