I have found the whole staff team to be incredibly kind, friendly and professional. Carole Way, the Treatment Coordinator, is especially helpful and goes the extra mile to offer guidance and support.

I would really recommend Total Orthodontics Wokingham, I have had a great experience so far, my Daughter had her treatment done with Dr Nabel Mezier who was amazing and now he is also seeing me with my own Orthodontic treatment, I have to say also Carole Way has been great, she has really helped me along the process which for me it wasn't easy at all, but her understanding and patience made a huge difference.

Appalling Service Started treatment here in 2021 as an adult with braces. I couldn't believe how frequently their equipment went down, rendering me without an appointment for months at a time and delaying the removal of my braces by about 6 months (very embarrassing as a working professional). I was also denied emergency appointments as apparently emergencies could only be had on Wednesdays, so I had to suffer until the next week, which caused me to pass out regularly at work from the pain. The orthodontist never even bothered to look me in the eye, let alone say hello, although he didn't seem to have any issue with rubbing his abdomen into my head and being a bit too intimate with how he held my face during treatment. I am shocked and aggrieved that I had to pay thousands of pounds to be treated like this.
