        Funny I should receive this after the obtuse attitude shown to me from your manager when I needed assistance from the Woodley branch a couple of weeks ago. Considering whether we continue using Leightons going forward and if we do we may decide to use another branch. Be interesting to see if anyone gets back to me following this post as this latest incident has been marked accordingly. The customer may not always be right, but there are more polite ways of dealing with them.
