My contact lens prescription changed and the ones they've given me are too strong, so I've got a permanent headache and can't focus. I've been trying to call them all week and they just do not answer the phone. It seems the only way to speak to these people is to go to the store and try to see someone in person, which is completely inconvenient as I don't live especially nearby. For the love of god, answer your phone!!!!

The receptionists and so to say front house people are rude and offputting... the peoppe who actually do the tests are waaay nicer and friendlier...next time you hire receptionists or store associates call in a few of your opticians in the interview room and see if they can spot these insuferable people who pull down your company.

Extremely disappointed and upset today as I was refused to carry out my eye site check up as I was 10 min late. There was not a single patient on site and there were about 10 staff hanging around. The nurse was rude after she consulted the person who was supposed to do the checking. I refused to arrange another appointment and will go to spec saver. Boots used to be good in the nineties.

Rude, disinterested staff. Three stood behind tills, one slouching on it. No greeting, sour faces. Awful! And we wonder sometimes why the high street is failing?

Good professionals. Price of glasses is twice as much as online as usual, was really annoyed to find out they don't accept cash... Which is legal tender... which should be illegal (((
