I had to have my eyes examined, staff are very kind and friendly and helpful. Clean & tidy in & out . Norman & Prince will help you out if you need new glasses, as they will give you all the right advice that you need. They have plenty of frames for ladies and gentlemen to colchoose from, in various shapes, shades, of colour & size. There is also a regular bus service that runs through the main high street, plus a railway service a half a mile down the road at Crowthorne railway station.

I just had a lovely conversation with a kind lady about some glasses. I appreciated the time and effort she spent with me. Thanks.

Norman and Prince OPTIONS are a long serving Optical store in the heart of Crowthorne for more than 40 to 50 years now. Never been to any other store , as I have never had any problems with them what's so ever. Staff are always very helpful and very kind and friendly and easy to get on with, which makes a big big difference.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this very rude and unprofessional practice when purchasing new glasses and contact lenses. At every point I had to chase them up after waiting and waiting weeks for my glasses. I was advised I would save money if I joined their payment scheme, and was advised I could cancel when I wanted. Weeks and weeks went by whilst I awaited the contact lenses, still no phone calls to explain why the order hadnt been fulfilled. I rang again to be told good news, one lens had come in - well seeing as I have two eyes, not much good. I cancelled the monthly programme, cut my losses and purchased the lenses elsewhere, which arrived in 2 days - so imagine my surprise to receive a letter stating that I owed them the discount back that Id been offered on the glasses, because I cancelled the monthly scheme (because they couldnt fulfil the order)! I rang to tell them how ridiculous this was to be threatened with the small claims court and if I stepped foot in the shop to pay, shed have the police waiting for me! Absolutely disgusting customer devices, they must be desperate for money and on their knees to take this route with customers. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be threatened!
