        I broke my glasses and visited Robin James Opticians to see if they could help. The lady at the door explained that as they were Appointment Only this wasn't possible. Not sure what difference that makes, left me with the feeling that they couldn't be bothered. I would recommend that others adopt the same approach with them.

The entire clinic has a very welcoming aura, all your options are explained, and they even offer nuanced aesthetic advice when buying glasses. I am genuinely very happy and will be coming back once I wear my glasses out! Many thanks.

        When I turned up at the shop I was asked (in a very curt tone) if I had an appointment. I said I just need to get my glasses adjusted and was told I should go back to where I got the glasses from. I then explained that I got them from near my work and Im not travelling to work often anymore - but she then said they were fully booked. Overall I think they have a very bad attitude. Ill never buy anything from there now but I might have if theyd taken 5 minutes to tighten my frames when the shop was completely empty.
