Having being fobbed off, they begrudgingly gave me a refund. My three stars were too generous. Broad street
branch are wonderful.

I told her that due to a medical condition I had a retinal scan in NHS and they recommended that I get my vision tested due to changes in my vision. However, she told me that I have to pay for eye test despite knowing that I have NHS eye tests.
I'm amazed that Specsavers do not have duty for care for patients with medically underlying condition.
