Very positive experience here after being told by the Seat dealership they'd not be able to look at my car for a month (worrying rattling sound from underneath). My car was booked in with Prestige for a couple of days after my initial call (Friday of a BH weekend) and after a thorough check and test drive, no problem was identified. I was given reassurance after it was throughly investigated. Service and oil change completed in less than 4 hours, reasonable charges - but the best part of all is the excellent communication. No being transferred to a call centre, no listening to annoying recorded music. Speak to a person who clearly takes great pride in their business and more importantly, values their customers. Exemplary service from start to finish. Right from the time of booking to completion and picking the car up. Cant fault the professionalism and the quality of work. Absolutely brilliant work. Quality of work and standard is pure perfection. Came across them on a pure emergency and they did a fantastic job. Will be definitely returning back to them again.
