This is the worst ATS branch in the UK. If you try to book a service or MOT they say they are fully booked however if you go and check it out yourself all of them are free and talking on their mobile phones. I am not surprised you know why because they get paid the same money whether they do take bookings or not. FREE salary . Furthermore from the technicians to the branch manager they are all unprofessional and rude. I used to recommend this to friends and relatives but not anymore. They have to sack all of those clowns and recruit ones who can do the job properly. Better Stay away!!

Dont ever book with these providers. You cannot trust them to book MOT as they can cancel anytime and you will have to go through the hassle of finding and booking again! Time wasters!

Would have given it 0 star if I could order 2 tyres on Thursday 23rd of Feb to be fitted on Monday 27th of Feb for 830am on the way to the centre at 8am got a call while driving to there from reading ats gave me some lame excuses saying that there internet is down so that they did not received my order so they can't fit it for me so I ask what can they do for me they said they won't be able to fit anything for me today as this is 8am in the morning they still have the whole day to find a solution for me but sadly no help at all ask for refund and yet still waiting for refund not happy at all !!!
