I recommended someone to Joanne who had really troubling health issues. They reported back that Joanne was hugely helpful, and that they were feeling a lot better and on the road to recovery. They said she was extremely knowlegeable and very supportive. Personally I can say that I recommend her all the time and have complete trust in her abilities. Plus she is lovely!

The lovely Joanne at Health and Hart has offered members of Friends in Need talks and wellbeing workshops on Nutrition. Friends in Need is a peer support group for those experiencing mental health issues. We aim to decrease social isolation and improve mental wellbeing by providing free, fun and uplifting sessions to our members. We are part of Buckinghamshire Mind and Mind in Berkshire. Joanne is truly fantastic, compassionate and talented at what she does. Joanne has offered us two talks; Food and Mood, and Cultivating Healthier Habits for the New Year. We are currently planning more activities for 2023. We have had more than 13 members attend each talk and the feedback has been great. The members found Joanne engaging, interactive and fun! As a coordinator, it has been a joy working with Jo, she is reliable and full of enthusiasm. I particularly liked how Joanne caters her sessions to her audience, and matches the pace and style to align with this. Thank you Joanne, for your continued hard work and generous commitment to FiN - we look forward to working with you again in the future. Highly recommend!

Joanne at Health and Hart is great, she is warm and open when talking to you. I found our session to be incredibly informative and not preachy at all. I came out feeling much more informed about the nutrients required and also general lifestyle changes worth making. Joanne has such a large amount of knowledge, she's also very patient and happy to answer any questions. Would highly recommend Joanne to anyone wanting to talk to someone friendly, non-judgemental and understanding.

Joanne's personalised advice has been very helpful for me in gaining a better understanding on my nutrition and health. With the vast amount of dubious information out there it's great to have somebody who can give science-based nutrition advice and help you look beyond the headlines and understand what things are important and relevant to your specific health needs, and why.
