Very bad Agency. I paid around 130 for PMVA ( three days in building) and mandatory ( practical in building and online) trainings. But I know by chance that my work will be with impaired mentality patients from som trainees I shocked because the staff didn't tell everything honestly from the beginning because I cannot deal with them. I don't complete the online mandatory training and don't attend PMVA training as well. I requested from manager (Anjana Rai) and my consultant (Nancy Monteiro) to close my account but all my emails ignored from them. Als I requested to refund my money about the training that I didn't attend them like PMVA but they told me by email that I don't have right to receive my money. I think they forgot that they live in respect country like UK I will try to return my right by law and I will submit hate crime to police and many issues will be done against them because they are not qualified for dealing with UK residents Waiting
