        Pretty appalled at the attitude in this shop. I walked in yesterday looking for lockets. A man WITHOUT a face mask asked what I was looking for. I had already found the cough sweets so said I'd found them. I realise I have no cash so I decide to buy a charger too make up the rest too use the card machine. After the no mask guy continues to ask what I want and talks over me to tell the cashier the price. I buy this charger and when driving home i realise it has NO MAINS USB. I go back today too exchange it and they direct me too the door saying no exchanges of refunds despite the charger not even being usable. 6 I wasted to make up some more cash for them. This is shocking. It's one thing asking for an exchange of a working product but to sell me a useless charger (all today had mains usb) and then refuse to exchange it or refund it is shocking. The sign on the door isn't clear considering there's 8 others and the door was open and against a wall. Meaning I hadn't looked at it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will be on trading standards writing and reporting a similar review
