Crystal Nails Bar (LTD)

I was a loyal customer for around 2-3 years until I went in a few weeks ago and asked if I could get my usual infills. I had one of the ladies (the small one) repeatedly tell me that they 'can't help me' before I even said I can wait until someone is available. There were 3 people working and no one waiting before me. I usually go to Sandy, as she is lovely and always does her best, but this time I was happy to go to anyone, as I was in dire need to get my nails done. The small lady always has an attitude, regardless of the fact that I go there every 2 weeks to get my nails done, I have never once been spoken to nicely by her. Wouldn't recommend.

The nail art is very neat, however the lady was rude and made me uncomfortable, the prices are too high compared to other salons, they didnt even explain the price when asked, very expensive and total rip off, can get these nails done outside for lesser price, the customer service is very bad, and the lady was very rude, would never like to go again

Ive been there twice now and they never disappoint. Ive tried out so many salons and hated my nails but the girls at Crystal Nails always make them perfect. Theyre fast and precise and I couldnt be happier with the end result. Definitely recommend
