        I wanted to say thank you for all the support you have given my son. Muay Thai has really helped him become more focused in all areas of his life, he has also developed in confidence. He really loves the classes and is constantly practicing at home! Its been so nice as a parent to see the positive effects your classes are having on him. Thank you.

        My son started with MBMT in 2018 when he was 9. In the last 5 years the training has not only been of great physical benefit but has also helped him develop mental strength and confidence. I gave it a go late last year (at 50!) and have really enjoyed the sessions. Great exercise, professionally delivered with a great bunch of people. Highly recommend.
