Such a great experience buying my Suzuki Ignis. The team at the Reading branch are so friendly and welcoming. Irina was especially helpful and made the whole process so smooth. She kept me updated on the status of my car and managed to get it to me as soon as possible. Highly recommend them to anyone look for a new car.

We booked our Grand Vitara in for a service on the ESP system just over two weeks before the date, after spending three days calling them and being told that someone would ring us back, which they never did, because their on-line system wasn't working. I took the day off on Tuesday, delivered the car before 9:00am as requested and took a taxi home, expecting to get a call later that day to say they were done and to come and collect it. Instead we had to call them several times to finally be told that they hadn't had the chance to look at it and they needed to keep it for another day. Wednesday we heard nothing and eventually called them to learn that they had managed to have a quick look but further investigation was needed. Today, they actually called us (amazingly enough!) only to inform us that they still hadn't managed to work on the car despite having it for three days. We were expecting it back the same day, or the next day at the latest. My wife is disabled and her mobility scooter is in the back of the car, meaning that she now is housebound, until we get the car back. I work in customer service, and if I were to treat a disabled customer in this way (And yes they do know she is disabled - her blue badge is in the car too!) I would be fired!
