        I can't recommend Nick Hood enough as a mortgage adviser. We had such a long journey to buying our house and went through the mortgage application process four times (as we had to change house or where with lockdown our mortgage offer expired, not any fault of Nick or Fairstone). Without fail Nick was professional, prompt and great at explaining each step without jargon. If everybody I had dealt with in the house buying process had been like Nick it would have been a dream.

        Nick and Anne-Marie in particular were so helpful - as a first time buyer they really explained everything to me and i was never made to feel that a question was a stupid one. They put me at ease and even tried to help with questions that went beyond their remit and i am very grateful for their patient and helpful service!

        I cant emphasise enough how smooth all the process was thanks to Fairstone and Tom Wheeler! Not only we had specific conditions but we were also buying during COVID-19 yet noting has stopped Tom! Great knowledge of products, great advice, communication and efficiency!
