In life we can't all be an expert in everything, it's just not possible! Mortgages are definitely one of those areas that I am not an expert in! It's also easy to get lulled into a false sense of security with any topic these days after doing a bit of 'research' online. Thankfully, there was no 'online research' required on my part, as mortgages are an area that Dom Brierley definitely is an expert in! I cannot thank Dom enough for the advice we received when changing our mortgage recently, he made the whole process hassle free and seamless, and I would highly recommend Dom and The Money Guardian to anyone wanting sound advice when moving house or changing their mortgage.

We had quite a complicated situation but Dom helped us navigate through it all at ease. He was very knowledgeable, answering all our questions and stepping through all the possible scenarios to help us purchase a house alongside keeping our current property. He kept us up to date with the market news and acted fast to make sure we got our mortgage before the rate increase. We are incredibly grateful to Dom and Claire, we highly recommended them to anyone that is in the process looking to buy.

I can't really find the right words to describe how helpful was Melanie securing us the right mortgage deal as first time buyers three years ago and the best remortgage deal a few months ago. She is professional, extremely hard worker but she also cares for the customer. You can't find this kind of people anymore. I highly recommend Mel and the Money Guardian especially during this tough period when rates go up and and mortgage market changes every day. She is the best.
