        The battery on the trusty iPhone had finally given up the ghost. Brought it to Albert at MyPhoneDoctor and dealt with politely and professionally. Dropped of late morning and picked up in the afternoon. Would have no hesitation in recommending MyPhoneDoctor to friends and family. Michael C.

        Absolutely useless! He did not seem to understand how to even charge my phone to test it. I needed the phone urgently for work so reluctantly agreed to pay extortionate fee (70) for replacing the battery which would take 1 to 2 days to arrive. I had to chase what was happening since no communication at all. A week later he'd forgotten to order the battery. So got my deposit refunded. Wasted a week - phone not fixed but offered 10 off next time!!!!! Don't touch with a barge pole!
