I emailed Day2Day over the weekend when my Samsung S20 FE incorrectly started to display the moisture detected symbol and would no longer allow me to charge the phone using a cable. Wes was very quick to respond and diagnose it as almost certainly being a faulty sensor in the charge port , which was a relief after getting nowhere on a 30 mins live chat with Samsung support. He checked stock and promptly confirmed he had the part in. I dropped it at the shop today and came back one hour later and it is fixed and at a very reasonable price too compared to what Samsung would have charged . I can't recommend him enough. His communication and service were both excellent and speedy.

Exceptional, Quick, Quality Service at a great price. Cannot recommend Day2Day enough! I was wanting to get a battery replaced on a family members iPhone SE 1st generation, so I send Wes a message via Facebook Messenger and I got an instant reply. I went into the shop the following morning and within 30 minutes the battery was replaced for a great price. Day2Day was recommended to me by others I know, so I knew that I would get a good, quality service and that was exactly what I got.
