Terrible coverage (Surrey), no alert and customer service is shocking. 49 minutes on chat for simple task. Every time they ask you a question they disappear again for 7 or 8 minutes.

Pretty cynical money grabbing tactics When leaving SMARTY, you click a 'suspend my account' option. Upon clicking through and confirming, I assumed all was sorted. I realised a few months later that SMARTY we're continuing to charge me a direct debit. Upon returning into my account (which hadn't been deleted, keeping my details on file and breaching GDPR), I attempted to stop the account again. I realise that when you click through to confirm, SMARTY automatically restart the account and state (in the small print) that your account will continue to be charged until you use you PAC code with another company. With no intention of switching number, this is unnecessary. Really underhand tactics. Pretty disgusting way to steal money off honest people. Shame on SMARTY.

Used to love this company was with them 3 years then they screwed me and I would not recommend horrendous customer service the one time I needed them!
