Prospect Estate Agents surpassed our expectations throughout the whole process in selling our 5 New Build Dwellings in Charvil. We were dealing with Shaun Stevens initially who did a tremendous job and then later he introduced us to June Hopkinson and Matthew Daysh in the Prospect New Homes department. They helped us in every step of the selling process to navigate us through the difficult period in the economy and thus successfully selling all the 5 dwellings at higher GDV than the other agents. We would like to thank them for the great effort achieved and are looking to work with them in the next projects. Prospect were great with our house sale, from the efficient preparation of the sales particulars to arranging and accompanying viewings - special mention to Lauren for her calm approach and sunny attitude on viewings! We had a few challenges towards the latter part of the transaction, but Daniel was spot on in his honesty, approach and pragmatism, and we managed to resolve these issues with his support and experience to make it to our new home!

Dan White (no relation) and his team at Prospect were quite outstanding to deal with. Honest, professional great follow up and always working in our interest. If you want the team that will sell your house and genuinely care about the process and emotional journey sellers go through then I cannot recommend Dan highly enough. I just wouldnt take the risk with anyone else.
