The individual posture analysis that followed the presentation was insightful and provided practical tips and advice that employees could easily implement in their daily routines. Since the workshop, there has been a significant improvement in the posture of the 1-Fix team, resulting in fewer aches and pains. I came to see Dan with a complex situation and I was in a lot of pain. I've had a shoulder operation, and after recovering nicely for 1.5 months, one morning I woke up with not being able to use my arm on the other side. In a lot of pain, and not being able to do the physio for my shoulder, I have developed a frozen shoulder. Dan is doing an amazing job, trying to figure what my problem is in my arm, and how is this connected to my operated shoulder. After two appointments, I am feeling a little less in pain, and I can see little improvement. Active Health has helped me in the past too, and I can only praise both chiropractors, Dan and Steve. They are professional, efficient and very helpful!
